- Inquiries: When a student sends an inquiry, relevant contact details and message content are shared with the tutor or advertiser for that listing.
- Service providers: We may use trusted hosting, email, analytics, or payment support providers who process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the platform.
- Business transfers: If our business is reorganised, merged, or sold, user information may transfer as part of that transaction with continued protection consistent with this policy.
5. Advertiser and tutor responsibilities
If you are a tutor or advertiser, you are responsible for handling personal data you receive from students (for example through inquiries) in compliance with applicable privacy and education laws. Use that information only to respond about tuition services. Do not misuse, sell, or share it for unrelated marketing without proper consent.

- We keep account and listing data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
